Disclaimer: My ethnic background is S. Korean.
Countries like S. Korea and Japan are known for higher quality goods vs. China (many might disagree with me though…). These Airqueen have the looks of the classic KF94, which are N95 equivalent. Their testing looks legit and I know that S. Korea does not skim on their testing standards.
HOWEVER, I was disappointed to find their testing report on the CDC site. IT FAILED. Their minimum filtration failed to reach 95% (90.2% on the CDC site). https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/respirators/testing/results/MTT-2020-173.5_International_Toptec_AirQueenNanoMask_TestReport_Redacted-508.pdf
Their website is confusing to me. It has FDA 510K and a warning about "Beware of fake and counterfeit vendors making false claims and selling counterfeit goods." The implication that the CDC test result was maybe a fake?
Conclusion: I don't know. Buy some and send it to the CDC for retesting. Meanwhile, stick to well-known companies and traceable sources back to the factory. Stay safe.
